GPTMR output compare

Overview
--------

The example shows comparison functions,When the CMP value matches CNT,the comparison Pin will output hig level or low level.

Board Setting
-------------

Please refer to  :ref:`Pin Description <board_resource>`  for specific board.
Connect GPTMR compare output pin to oscilloscope.

Running the example
-------------------

Running the example, and use an oscilloscope to observe the pin level changes of the output comparison.
